Silver Run Falls is a 25-foot waterfall located just four miles south of Cashiers. Park at the small gravel parking lot and take the .2-mile trail to the falls.
Whitewater Falls
Whitewater Falls is the highest waterfall east of the Rockies, plunging 400 feet into the Whitewater River. Walk down a paved path from the parking area to the scenic viewing platform.
Gorges State Park Waterfalls
Gorges State Park is home to 26 waterfalls, several of which are accessible from the Grassy Ridge Parking Area. Take the Rainbow Falls trail from the parking lot and hike along the Horsepasture River to the beautiful 150-foot waterfall. About a mile into the hike, you can step off the trail to visit Hidden Falls, a small 10-foot waterfall. After viewing Rainbow Falls, you can continue hiking to Stairway Falls or Turtleback Falls.
Cashiers Sliding Rock
