Stunning 4 bedroom, 4.5 home in Old Edwards Club at Highlands Cove! Happy Bear offers golf course and mountain views and is close to club amenities. The main level living room, kitchen and dining is all open with plenty of seating in front of the fireplace. The living room offers a 65" Samsung Smart TV with sound bar, artwork by Penley, Michael Flohr, Robert Bissell and Josef Kote and a gas log fireplace with remote starter. The kitchen houses Viking Professional appliances, Cambria countertops and a small breakfast table. The dining room includes a locally handmade walnut dining table that comfortably seats eight. The deck features a wood burning fireplace, grill and a cozy outdoor living area.
The master bedroom on the main level offers all the luxuries of home including a Purple No Pressure King mattress, premium bedding by Downtown Company, 50" Samsung smart TV, heated bathroom floor, claw foot tub, three-sided glass shower with rain and wall shower head along with a walk-in closet.
Downstairs offers an additional living room and bar, two more guest rooms (Queen, Bunk with a Double & Twin bed) and another master suite with a Purple No Pressure King mattress and private bath. Each bedroom and living room has high definition televisions.

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]
